What is DAP Ticket?

DAPTicket is an extension for osTicket. 

osTicket is one of the World’s Most Popular Customer Support Software. osTicket’s core features not only rival, but also exceed most high-priced help desk solutions.

You can create multiple agents and departments. You can also create multiple help topics and assign each topic to the right department. And you can configure OSTicket to automatically route the tickets to the right department, based on the help topic.

Users can select a help topic, enter issue details and submit the form. You can also add custom fields to the form to collect additional data from the users (for each help topic), for quicker resolution of the problem.

DAPTicket uses osTicket for the core helpdesk functionality and extends it to provide a seamless, single sign-on experience for members. When your members login to your DAP-powered membership site, DAPTicket will automatically create a helpdesk account for the users and log them in to the support desk, providing an easy way for your members to reach out to you and your team when they need help.
