Dunnig management: Email Templates For Authnet

Here are a few sample email templates for different types of failed payment messages from Authorize.net. You can automate failed payment notification in DAP Settings page >> Notifications tab.

Please replace these texts with the actual URLs in the sample messages below:

Payment Failed Message

Subject:

Action Required: We couldn't process your Payment!

Body:

Hi %%FIRST_NAME%%,

Thanks for using our product! Unfortunately your most recent subscription payment did not go through successfully. ​
Please be sure to update your credit card info as soon as possible to prevent any disruption in service:

1. Login here:
[ENTER LOGIN URL]

2. Update your credit card information here:
[ENTER URL OF PAGE WHERE USERS CAN UPDATE THEIR CARD/BILLING INFO]

Once you have updated the billing info, payment should resume from the next month onwards.

Thanks for using our product! Your credit card on file has expired. Please be sure to update your credit card info as soon as possible to prevent any disruption in service:

Once you have updated the billing info, payment should resume from the next month onwards.

Subscription Suspended Message

We just got a notification from our payment processor that your subscription has been suspended for %%PRODUCT_NAME%%.

To reactivate your subscription, please follow these steps:

1. Login here:

2. Update your credit card information here:
[ENTER URL OF PAGE WHERE USERS CAN UPDATE THEIR CARD/BILLING INFO]

To prevent any disruption in service, please do this asap otherwise your subscription will be terminated in a few days.
